How to monitor the RAM of S908QC16E0MDTER

Recently, we find there may be some failure in the RAM of S908QC16. We want to monitor the RAM and check which address and value failed in the RAM.

Please help to advice a useful tool or detail method for this case.

Beside, we have CYCLONE  PRO to download the ROM with PROG08SZ Programmer_v2.27. We can not use it to monitor the RAM.
