Can't reply to SOME posts using Firefox, but IE works

I just used Firefox (37.0.2 on Windows) to reply to this post, and it worked fine:

Coldfire, Interrupts and the "Halting problem"

I then tried to reply to this post using Firefox, and clicking on the "Reply" buttons did nothing. No action, no progress, nothing:

i.MX53 i.RAM (OCRAM) seems very slow, test code included.

I then tried using Internet Explorer (Version 11.0.9600 "Update Versions" 11.0 17) and it worked fine.

What's different between those two pages that stopped this from working?

Tom

> Hi Tom, I was able to bring the reply box on both pages using Firefox. Do you still face such problems?

It didn't work yesterday. It is working today, both from Firefox on Windows and Firefox on Linux. I have no idea what changed.

> Can you send a screenshot?

Not any more. Anyway, when it was failing there was "nothing to see". Clicking on the "Reply" button had a bit of "Waiting for Freescale" in the lower part of the screen, and then nothing. The page didn't change.
