imx6 update glibc2 from 2.13 to 2.17

I'm porting bluez5 to the imx6 sabresd Development Board, of which Bluetoothctl need glibc_2.17.so, I cross compile glibc2.17, copy libc-2.17.so libc.so to the directory \lib of the file system, and download the image to Development Board,but freezes after turning on the Development Board, so how to upgrade glibc, I did anything wrong?do i need to recompile the file system?this is the error log:
