Hi,

We are using L5.0.0_1.0.0-alpha lollypop for our custom board. The Processor i.mx6q is used in custom board.

After bootup we are not able to see android animation. After doing the logcat, following log is attached

We have highlighted the possible reason for failure, Please help:

I am still seeing this issue on our custom imx6q board running 5.1.1._2.10.

"F/SurfaceFlinger(  185): no suitable EGLConfig found, giving up"

Has anyone resolved this issue? If so, please post.

The same build works on the sabresd_6q board. The logcat for the sabresd shows:

Hi, Don Freiling

have you solved this problem?

I am facing the same problem. I am using android 6.0.1_2.1.0 on a custom imx6q board.

Hello Bikash,

Android 5.0 is still un Alpha test (as I'm sure you know) there might be still some bugs that will be fixed when the BSP goes to general release.

In the meantime, I will send this report to our apps team in case they are not aware.

best regards,

Sergio
