Good morning,
I have been given away, chip mc68hc908qy4, some mounted on coupons with legs for on-board programming. Not having ever used, a programmer tried on circuit, for this chip, around find programmers only for other types of chips.
They are also willing to build it. The pinout of the coupons is 8 pin: 1 = + 5V; 2 = gnd; 3 = osc; 4 = ad2; 5 = ad0; 6 = ad1; Irq = 7; 8 = reset.
to begin to study them; I did not want to spend much.
thanks
Stefano
Hello Stefano,
Please be aware that the MC68HC908QY4 device is not recommended for new designs.
You can find more information about your family device at:
8-bit EEPROM Emulation Q MCUs|Freescale
Regarding the programmer, I recommend the USB-ML-MON08 from P&E Micro.
P&E Microcomputer Systems - USB-ML-MON08 - USB BDM Interface Cable for the 68HC08 MON08
Hope this information will be useful for you.
Have a great day :smileyhappy:
Best Regards,
David Diaz
