what is the use of sjtag of imx233?

what is the use of sjtag of imx233?

it can be debug by keil?

i see the sch of imx233EVK,there is a cpld to change sjtag to paralled jtag ,right?

so ,now ,how can i get the source to pragram the cpld?

I believe keil does not support sjtag,

for obtaining sources you can try to enter Service Request

some functions will not be available with parallel jtag.

we can use JTAG debug with KEIL like ARM7 ,what tools I do not know how to debug by JTAG with ?

keil does not support you told me.
