Hellow  every one

                                  In the free scale data sheets the length constrains are provided for DDR3 address as amax of 7 inches but in on board it is possible but while using DIMM how is it possible

to route with in 7 inch ,and the data lines will have more length more than 5 inch but how the SI isssues are not in dimm modules what will be the perfomance difference between onboard and dimm module when used with a freescale processor

Actually  we do not have address length restriction of 7 inches. If you mean item 23 of the AN3940, it talks about "lead-in trace length". This is a specific term meaning trace length between the processor and DDR3 DIMM connector, internal on-DIMM traces are not considered here.
