Is MMCAU support planned for the KSDK 1.2 release?  I did find this Crypto Acceleration Unit: CAU and mmCAU softw|Freescale, but it would be nice to not have to pull in a separate package.

Thanks

Hello Kevin,

In KSDK 1.2. stacks and middle-ware include encryption software utilizing the mmCAU hardware acceleration unit in source or object formats.

Best Regards,

Iva

Thanks, I see it now under platform/drivers/src/mmcau

Just a suggestion, but it would be nice if this was included in the API reference manual.

Just to clarify, the mmCAU is mentioned in the API introduction.  There just aren't any details on the API for it.

Hi Kevin,

mmCAU documentation already exists, but it is located separately.

It will be probably added in next KSDK release.

Please, look at here http://www.freescale.com/files/32bit/doc/user_guide/CAUAPIUG.pdf

I hope this helps,

Best Regards,

Iva
