I am an Hardware designer.

I need to know whether the VDDX and VDDA currents or voltages can be controlled through software.

I am using MCU S912ZVML64F1MKHR to one of my project.

Please let me know as soon as possible.

No, that is not possible.

These two rails must be connected together externally (at a board level).

Both voltages must be stable. The VDDA/VSSA supplies can be used as sources for VRH/VRL respectively and so stable voltage is important for ATD conversion accuracy.
