What is the difference between MFR4310 and SFR4310? What should I consider when I use the different "4310"?

Hi,

the only difference is that SFR4310 is Automotive graded part, while the MFR4310 is general market part.

The form, fit and functionality is the same.

So, the selection between these two depends on end application.

Hi,

The operating temperature is the same too?

I think that "SFR4310" is more reliable,is that right?

thanks.

Well, the part number specifies ambient temperature which is the same for both: -45°C to +125°C.

Both parts are reliable. As i said previously, if the end application will be Automotive (used in cars, tracks etc), then you should use SFR4310 part.
