What does the "bitrate" property of "vpuenc" mean?

Hi.

There is a "bitrate" property for "vpuenc" element in gst-fsl-plugins for MX6Q/Linux.

If "bitrate" is set to non-zero value, the rate control of vpuenc is enabled.

In this case, will MX6 VPU encoder continuously and constantly send out encoded video data at the rate of "bitrate"(e.g., xxx bps) ?

   You are right, the bitrate will be kept constant, assuming quality variation.
