IMX6DQ RM 8.5.2.4 Discovered Bad Block Table, Table 8-13.

DBBT Structure to have been described as 4 * PageSize, What are the Page Size of definition here?

Is this for RAW NAND Flash page in the main area (for example 2048 Byte) bytes or total bytes including the Spare area?

(Example: 2048 +64 = 2112 Bytes).

page size will be 2112 Bytes ( including the spare area), for

example this is shown on Figure 8-8. Valid Layout for 2112

bytes Sized Page IMX6DQRM
