Hello Champs,

I need to boot by NOR Flash in muxed at low half bits.

I understand I need to set 00 at BOOT_CFG2[7:6] in OCOTP.

However which addresses are these bits or fuse located?

Yes, You may also look at Table 23-1 (EIM multiplexing) of the i.MX50 Reference Manual.

BOOT_CFG2[7:6] corresponds OCOTP_CFG3[23:22] .

So I set 00 in OCOTP_CFG3[23:22] for muxed 16-bit NOR Flash boot, the data and address pins are connected to the pads in Yellow?
