9S08GB60 - bdm can't enter into background mode

We are not able to download our code on our blank new board via BDM in CodeWarrior. The board design is replica of MC13213 EVK- SRB board. Device is 9S08GB60.It gives error that it can not enter into background mode. Detail messages shown in the HIWAVE command window are attached.

From the same PC software set-up we are able to download code with BDM to standard freescale MC13213-SRB board in autodetection.
 
Any solution or any hint towards diagnosing the problem is urgently required
