I'm moving computers and setting up on a new laptop. Installed CodeWarrier, but I can't get a "Connection Type/Target Type".  On my old computer, a list of targets in the "Target Type" drop box, such as "hcs08.HCS08JM" drops down automatically. In my new setup, the list is bare, not populated.

How can I get the list populated?

Cheers

Thanks for your help. I have uninstalled and re-installed in the c:\Freescale folder.  Seems to be working well now. Thanks again.

Hello Dom Frencken,

Maybe your problem is related to this thread:

Re: KL05Z Example LED_Blink debug not possible

Confirm that you installed CodeWarrior in C:\Freescale path.

Hi Don,

I've checked on my side with MCU v10.6 + all patches and updates.

PC config: Win 7 64 bit.

I've tried to create a new configuration for a demo project example for JM68.

As you can see below it's working:

Can I recommend you to try with a new project ?

May be your project is corrupted.

Else you can re-install the tool.

Have a great day,
Pascal
