Multi-display i.mx6 LVDS and HDMI

Question asked by Mario Rodriguez on Feb 13, 2015

I am trying to use the i.mx6 (sabre lite board from boundary devices) with LVDS Hannstar and HDMI simultaneously. Each display should show an independen Qt5 application.
I think the recognition is good. I get the following at startup:
Kernel command line: enable_wait_mode=off video=mxcfb0:dev=hdmi,1280x720M@60,if=RGB24 video=mxcfb1:dev=ldb,LDB-XGA,if=RGB666 video=mxcfb2:off video=mxcfb3:off fbmem=28M,10M console=ttymxc1,115200 vmalloc=400M consoleblank=0 rootwait root=/dev/mmcblk0p2 mxc_hdmi.only_cea=1

The HDMI display works fine and shows the Qt5 app correctly. The LVDS display doesn't look that good (I think the colors are wrong). I am using Yocto dizzy. And Linux version 3.10.17-1.0.2_ga+yocto+g4ed13da (yocto@yocto-vm) (gcc version 4.9.1 (GCC) )

What could be wrong?
