Increase CPU frequency in iMX6Quad SD SABRE platform

How to increase the CPU frequncy of iMX6Quad SD SABRE platform to 1GHz without using imxotp blow --force command ? Available scaling max frequency is 792MHz,I tried making some changes in u-boot but could not achive much , so could you please let me know the exact way to increase the frequency

Please take a look at chapter 18 of the attached document. 1GHz (996000KHz) working point is present in the Linux BSP,
