Hello Alan,

In this case, I recommend the TRK-KEA Quick Start Guide, in order to get familiar with the device.

You will find an introduction and default settings about TRK-KEA in the following link:

http://www.freescale.com/files/soft_dev_tools/doc/user_guide/KINTESMCUAUTQSG.pdf

As is showed in the document mentioned, the device counts with OpenSDA USB Port in order to program the board.

Please find more information about the OpenSDA USB Port and CodeWarrior Quick Start Guide in the following links:

  1. OpenSDA USB Port

http://www.freescale.com/files/32bit/doc/user_guide/OPENSDAUG.pdf

  1. CodeWarrior Quick Start Guide

http://www.freescale.com/files/soft_dev_tools/doc/quick_ref_guide/MCU_QS.pdf

Besides that, I recommend the Kinetis Peripheral Module Quick Reference in order to know more about the labs examples provided.

This collection of code examples, useful tips, and quick reference material has been created to help you speed the development of your applications.

Please find the document mentioned in the following link:

http://www.freescale.com/files/32bit/doc/quick_ref_guide/KQRUG.pdf

Hope this information will be useful for you.

Best Regards,

David Diaz.

David,

I downloaded the latest examples from http://cache.freescale.com/files/microcontrollers/software/device_drivers/FSL_LIN_2.X_DRIVER.zip?fas... .

I can use Kinetis Design Studio or only Code Warrior ?

Because inside zip, on folder Examples\Kinetis, is not a kinetis project?

Hello Carlos,

The examples contained on the following path, are supported by CodeWarrior.

FSL LIN 2.x Stack Package 4.5.4\Examples\Kinetis\KEA128

I found out that I didn't patch the KEA-CW package yesterday and thus my device is not shown when flashing.

Kinetis Peripheral Module Quick Reference is a big help. Thanks David.:smileyhappy:
