Raw NAND Vs eMMC NAND

Which flash is better performance/cost/life time for the IMX processor ?

Is there any preferred vendors for IMX series ?

Hi lyf

seems eMMC better, it has internal data correction

so no need to use BCH as for NAND. Also for example

i.MX6SL has not NAND interface.

For life time it is better to ask vendors of these products.
