Use DDR3L(16bit) Single chip to Connect the i.MX6SL

Hi,Community,

          Can I use DDR3L(16bit) single chip to connect the i.MX6SL,not to combine the double chips to 32bit,then connect the DDR controller(32 bit).

Can I? if I can, which settings I need in SW or HW ?  Thanks!

   Yes, DDR3L 16 bit mode is supported, according to the Reference Manual :
MMDC is a multi-mode DDR controller that supports DDR3/DDR3L x16/x32.
