We want to config SCI_0 using Quick Start r2.6, the following two pins are configured as RXD0 and TXD0 independently, then save.the change.
GPIO C8 RXD0
GPIO C9 TXD0
But there is a issue occurred when open GCT tool again, GPIO C9 is displayed as SCLK0. we try to reconfigure GPIO C9 as TXD0, but the issue remains the same, and SCI communication failure. From number of experiments, it is proved to be Quick start 2.6 bug.
The following is the work around:
1.Configure GPIO C9 as TXD0
2.Switch to "SYS-System Support Control", Configure GPIO C9 from SCLK0 to TXD0, it is shown as below picture, then save the change. the setting take effect.
because of this bug, if we need to modify the other GPIOC pin, we have to repeat the above two steps.
I don't know whether there is a better way to solve the issue, if there is any, please tell me.
