i.MX6DQ IPU color space conversion.

Hi community,

Our partner have a question about i.MX6DQ IPU.

They are using IPU IC to color space conversion.

Then, they found the BSP prohibit convert to same color space (e.g. YUV444 -> YUV444).

But they found also i.MX6DQ can convert to same color space if they modify the BSP code.

Then, could you let me know why BSP prohibit conversion to same color space?

(e.g. there is some problem when convert to same color space)

If there is no problem by conversion to same color space, they want to use the function.

there is no problem by conversion to same color space,

BSP prohibits conversion to save processor time.
