I am using the FXLN8361Q chip, but when i finished the pcb board and weld the chip, i found that the output voltage of 3-axis is not the same as datasheet. The voltage shown in the datasheet is about 0.75V while the actual voltage was about 1.2V. Could you tell me where is the problem? Thanks.

Hi,

It is hard to say where the problem might be without knowing at least your schematic. Could you please share it here?

What is your supply voltage?

What is the voltage at the BYP pin? Is it 1.5V?

What is the voltage at the EN pin?

How many parts have you tested and on how many of them you are observing this erroneous readings?

How did you solder them?

With more information in hand, we will be able to provide a more accurate answer.

Regards,

Tomas
