how to prepare sd card for i.mx6 sololite with android img files

i am using i.mx6sl board . i strated with android jelly bean..

i don know how to prepare sd card

i created the partition and flash using fsl script  under device..tools.. but it not showing any files(system.img,boot.img,recovery.img) which was copied successfully..

i am using custom board with i.mx6sololite.(). in our schematic we use sd1 to boot(4 bit) instead of sd2(original boot).. so its not finding correct sd.. where i need to change (which file) suggest me how to change ..

i am using linux.. uboot  i will attach log..

in the software tool .. there is mfg tool is only for linux and android kitkat.. but i need for jelly bean.. is both same?
