We use i.MX6 DDR Stress Test Tool V1.0.3 to test i.MX6 Quad with DDR3 4G. When start read/write delay calibration, the Windows PC shows USB Device Not Recognized). What should we check or fix for this issue?

you can try other computer (preferably with Windows XP) also try through usb hub.
Additionally suggested to check if board USB interface works properly with SDK usb tests.
