Ethernet fail in heavy traffic

My custom board uses i.MX6DL and Realtek 8111F(pcie - eth) and Linux 3.10.17.

 

It is disconnected when transmit rate is over about 400 Mbits/sec.

 

Is there patches or drivers  to fix it?
