my customer have to know MCIMX535DVV1C and MCIMX258CJM4A baking temperature and time, but i cann't find the answer on the datesheet.
can anyone help me, please? i have to reply my customer quickly.

Basically i.MX devices are qualified as Lead Free and there is nothing specific with
it, regarding the storage, baking, and soldering conditions - they are written
on the dry-pack in which the processors are shipped.
For more details, please refer to the JEDEC/IPC Joint Standard J-STD-020 [C].
It is a free standard and with Pb-free appearing on the horizon it belongs to
