Reports from some Commercial Support customers have lead us to an "outside the firewall" issue with our current method for publishing data to the Dashboard (and the Detailed Support Report). I apologize for the disruption.
We have a fix in the works but it may be a few days before we can get it tested and implemented. Please feel free to message me if you have any usage questions/concerns or if you wish to see a Detailed Support Report.
