Dear team,

I would like to ask about the overshoot/undershoot condition of i.MX25.

Could you show me whether there are regulations on the overshoot/undershoot condition(voltage and duration) which can be allowed for DDR interface of i.MX25?

Thanks,

Miyamoto

Hi AVNET JAPAN FAE (team share account)

for i.MX25 there are no speial regulations on the overshoot/undershoot

condition(voltage and duration).

Max. allowable voltage =  OVDD + 0.3V

this gives Table 31 "AC Requirements for DDR2 I/O" i.MX25 Datasheet (rev.10, 7/2013)
