Hello to all
I've designed a PCB with the IMX535.
But I have problems such as:
1 - not running from the SD CARD IMAGE
2 - Using the DA9053-3JHA1
Tips about this?
1 - I've used the DA9053-3JHA1, this model has an AUTO-BOOT., But the model used in tablet or QUICK STARST BOARD is DA9053-30 and DA9053-3B. (Note: Schematic is like QUCICK START BOARD.)
2 - MY VLDO08 AFTER THE START PMIC IS 2.6? 1.8 In the event that I need?
Why
3 - After the assembly requires a specific configuration for the BOOT SYSTEM?
MICRO SD CARD should start but will not boot?
After PCB assembly requires a certain action?

.

Original Attachment has been moved to: IMAGE-BOARD.rar

Due to its working properly?
The amount is just 1.8 to 2.4?
Please help?
Processor is active, but the system will not boot?

Where is the problem?
Where'm sure the processor is working properly?
USER LED AND SYS LED IS ON?
AND FAULT LED IS OFF?
To test the processor what to do?
With MFGTOOLS be?

Hi FARZIN

regarding your statement:

"But my main problem is not DA9053!
The system is turned on and the LED USER, LED SYS lights.
But VLDO8 value is 2.6. This is a problem.
DA9053 package has two models... "

Seems main problem is really DA9053 :smileyhappy:

Sorry, since vendor does not disclose publicly its datasheets

I think it is not possible to open it there in public space.

Please apply to Dialog tech support directly for all questions

related to PMIC.

Best regards

chip

Hi Farzin,

Its too late to reply for this query. Even i am facing similar issue that DA9053 is generating higher voltage other than 1.8V which is specified. Could you please let me know how you could solve this problem.

1.jpgTANKS CHIP

I have a file related to the DATA SHEET for DA9053. Nearly 180-page file.
If needed, I'll post.
But my main problem is not DA9053!
The system is turned on and the LED USER, LED SYS lights.
But VLDO8 value is 2.6. This is a problem.
DA9053 package has two models.
I put 11 * 11 for improved PI PCB.
I can not replace it with another BOARD. (Reference BOARD)

  The problem is:
WHEN INSTALL LINUX OR ANDROID IMAGE ON THE SD CARD. AND TEST ON THE REFRENCE BOARD IT WORK.
BUT WHEN INSTALL SD CARD IN THE MY BOARD DONT WORK????
Should it go before this particular process?
For example IROM configuration or something else?

EIM PIN FOR BOOT IS like QUCIK START BOARD
?

XRAY test images show the health of the PCB.

Hi FARZIN

DA9053 has many preprogrammed versions and

I would suggest to apply to Dialog tech support since we

do not support this PMIC (note DA9053 Datasheets are not available publicly)

DA9053

For testing custom board one can take PMIC from Freescale reference board

and solder it to custom board.

Best regards
