I think SD may be not quality. One can try

other quality SD from known vendors.

Another checkpoint - DDR settings, please recheck

Re: i.mx28 u-boot dram configuration for dram replacement.

and EMI_DDR_OPEN/EMI_DDR_OPEN_FB feedback loop length.

but our boards are the same sch,  same components or ICs , included the dram chip.

so the dram should be same configuration.

Hi Luo

actually your boards not "same components or ICs" -

just because processors are different, isn' it ?

So modifying "DDR settings" may be actual.

Also I would suggest to change processor from good board

and place it on bad and vice versa and check behavior on both boards.
