Hello,

do i always have to set up a new workspace to edit a new project?

I just wonder if it is possible to create a kind of project file like those:

  • .eww in IAR Embedded Workbench
  • .sln in MS Visual Studio

Are there any possibilities to be not bound to workspaces in CW?

Thank you

Hello,

you do not need a new workspace for a new project. A workspace is simply a container for projects and settings.

You do not need to have the project in the workspace (folder) itself, they can be anywhere.
