Question asked by Shawn Steenhagen on Jun 26, 2014

I am trying to launch QNX on the P2041RDB-PC using the MMC/SD card.  I am using the ifs image (ifs-p2041rdb.raw) "out of the box" as provided in the zip files of the BSP RELEASE p-2041-rdb-6.5.0-v1.3.2 using the instructions provided in the release notes.  The image seems to transfer OK from MMC to memory, but once execution begins at the load addr, it just hangs (not outputs or messages) to my terminal window.

All RDB switch settings are at their default, (Running u-boot from NOR Bank1, using bank1 RCW "RR_PX_0X09" (2 RGMII SGMII-1 XAUI-SerDes09).)

Has anyone successfully launched QNX on the Rev -PC P2041RDB?

Here is the terminal window showing the steps I took and the result:

//Follow the steps from the release note:

=> setenv bootfile ifs-p2041rdb.raw

=> setenv loadaddr 0x100000

=> setenv bootcmd 'mmcinfo;fatload mmc 0:1 $loadaddr $bootfile;go $loadaddr'

=> saveenv
