MPC5200CVR400B I need the new rev.

Can anyone tell me as to how I can insure myself that in buying this mpu  I will NOT receive Rev.1?

Is it within the datecode?

Look at the MPC5200 package information in the attached file.

See also difference between Rev B and Rev A of the MPC5200 in the AN3045 Application Note (http://cache.freescale.com/files/32bit/doc/app_note/AN3045.pdf?fasp=1&WT_TYPE=Application%20Notes&WT...).

There are no differences for the customers between silicon rev 1 and rev 2 of the MPC5200B mask M62C.
