Then how can I find the patch it described.

Freescale offers Linux SDK 1.5 for QorIQ processors (http://www.freescale.com/webapp/sps/site/prod_summary.jsp?code=SDKLINUX&fsrch=1). Documentation for kernel and u-boot for this SDK is available on the following page (http://www.freescale.com/infocenter/index.jsp?topic=%2FQORIQSDK%2F2880375.html).

This workaround is implemented in the u-boot for this SDK.

In the denx URL you referred to, have you clicked on “Raw” at the top?
