Hi ,

I have an LVDS display (PD050VL1 ) connected to a custom imx6q board.

Specs: 640x(R,G,B)x480

5inch diagonal

It uses only the following signals

3 LVDS differential receive signals

1 differential clock.

I have attached the data sheet of the same.

i am using the Sabre AI kernel and i am presuming that something should show up on my LVDS while my kernel and rootfs boots.

But i do not see anything on my display when the by board boots.

I have been successfully able to boot my rootfs and kernel from the eMMC and most of my peripheral are working fine except the Display.

Following are the peripherals connected to the imx6q on my board to give you some idea about my project.

1. eMMC card

2. Parallel Nor Flash

3. SGTL5000 codec

4. USB OTG

5. USB host

6. UART

7 LVDS display

No ethernet and SD card.

Can you suggest where the problem might lie.

I am also having an issue understanding the boot parameters.

Can you tell me the boot parameters for my display.
