Want to know how to READ and WRITE in EEPROM , i am using MC9 S12G 240

Hello all,

I went through data sheet and sample program about writing and erasing in EEPROM

but

i am confuse about how to know or make variable for EEPROM address

similarly

i was not able to find out SFR for EEPROM in data sheet

probably some one can explain me basic steps to write /read/erase EEPROM memory in MC9S12G240

i am using code warrior ,---does code  warrior  provides any API for it? or can we generate any library using CW?

please explain me basics so that i will have good idea of it

Hi,

I hvae attached a few examples which willl help you. GN32 and G128 are members of S12G family so approach to EEPROM is the same as for G240. Only memory size of FLASH and EEPROM is different. Small adjustment should be done. memory maps are also attached.
