Hi,

My system boots from a serial flash spi and works fine. But after a reflashing process it always fail when reseting.

The error code reported is 0x80501003 and de booting process is halted.

Next reset goes fine.

Does anyone know what can be happening ?

Hi,

Does it only happen after reflashing the SPI flash?

I checked ant the error code is this : 0x80501003 The file signature or file version is incorrect.

Are you using HAB? Can you give more details?

Best Regards,

Alejandro

Hi Alejandro

I am not using HAB.

It only happens after reflashing. Not always but in the most cases.

This happens regardless of using MfgTool, u-boot or from a linux application to reflash.

The effect occurs both my board design as EVK.

When the system gets stuck, showing 0x80501003 code, it remains in this state indefinitely and only gets out with a new reset pulse.

In this state ROM doesn't retry to boot, and would be better do that.

If I make a reboot command after reflashing then never fails.

regards

jordi
