Is there a reference design for LPDDR2 MX6DQ PF0100?

We are finding reference design based on iMX6DQ+LPDDR2 .But with freescale PMIC PF0100. Can I use PF0100F1 to bringup?

Power sequence meet mx6dq requirement?

Hi Raymond,

If you want to use LPDDR2 with PF0100, you should use the F1 part (1 Orderable Parts MMPF0100 Rev.6.0, 08-2013.pdf). you can check that document.

And you should check the iMX6SLEVK Design for idea.

PF0100's F0, F1, F2 has the same power supply to imx6x.

Are you sure that F1 version can meet MX6DQ power sequence?

The F1 programming is intended to be used with the i.MX6SL which requires different supplies than the i.MX6DQ.

Please check table 1 of the data sheet for more details on this.
