What are the hard coded SDIDL values for MC9S08DV16, MC9S08DV32, MC9S08DV48? They are not in the datasheets? Only the MC9S08DV60 is mentioned 0x0E.

Hi

the granularity of S08 identification does not go so deep as is common in  Kinetis devices nowadays, where you have coded info about device family, flash and package...

this information is not available from the SDID for S08; code 0x0E does not point only to DV60 but complete D family and some E family too...

RM information is ok, it says that too, it speaks about the series of MCUs, not about the DV60. Perhaps issue is the way, how the sentence is written, I would omit the last 3 digits and will keep it as:

Part Identification Number - MC9S08D Series of MCUs are hard-coded to the value 0x00E....
