What is "M20AGV 1N86B CTEXGBE" mean by a k20dx128vlf5 ?

I have some k20dx128vlf5, but  there is "M20AGV 1N86B CTEXGBE" on the surface of the chip, what is that mean?

or is there some rules to read it means ? thanks

Hello Kevin,

M20AGV is the way that Freescale has coded the "K20DX128VLF5" part number for devices that are too little to write the whole part number.

1N86B is the silicon mask revision. Each device has several revisions, with the known erratas related to each revision.

CTEXGBE is the data code, it gives information of when and where has been manufactured the chip.
