Can MQX or MQX Lite be used on MCF51JE?

Hello Professionals,

I am using MCF51JE for my applications. I am wondering if MQX and/or MQX Lite can be used on to this MCU. If not, may I ask for your opinions of how to port MQX and MQX Lite onto this MCU?

Hi Lei,

Freescale MQX 3.8.1 supports the TWR-MCF51JE Evaluation Board. If you want to use MQX I strongly suggest you create your own BSP and PSP cloning the twrmcf51je.

In order to clone the BSP and PSP, you need to refer to the Chapter 5 in the MQX User's Guide "Developing a New BSP" or consult the AN4287 application note, this application provide a guide to clone a BSP, you need to follow the SAME STEPS in order to clone the PSP.

Freescale provides MQX support for free on Freescale EVB only. The customer has the option to purchase Level 2 MQX support, either Standard or Premium. These support programs cover also migration to customer specific hardware.
