Has anyone successfully used IAR EW and a yellow, IAR branded J-link probe with the Vybrid Tower board (TWR-VF65GS10)?

I'm trying to get a Vybrid Tower board setup working with the following tools  (see attached pic for setup):

 


Based on everything I've read, this should work.  All my compiles are working fine, it's just a matter of connecting to the Vybrid A5 core on the board.  I keep getting errors when trying to connect to the core via the debugger.


I've verified pin-outs, cycled power, triple checked jumper settings, and I'm stumped!  The FW version on the J-link looks pretty old (June 2012).  I ran the J-link Configurator and tried to update the FW, but it said the latest was installed.


Running Jlink.exe, a Segger utility, from the command line yields this output:
