Just to add a little bit to Zhang's explanation, several legacy BSPs were retired in MQX 4.0.0 in order to focus on newer processors and features. These boards are listed in the MQX release notes under Version 4.0.0 changes, and as pointed out above, MQX 3.8.1 is still available for free download if you need access to these BSPs.

The following board support packages were removed from the release and will be supported only as a part of MQX 3.8.1 version maintenance.

o TWR-MCF51AG, TWR-MCF51CN, TWR-MCF51JE, TWR-MCF51MM, TWR-MCF51QM, DEMOEM, DEMOAC, EVB51JM128, M5208EVB, M52223EVB, M52233DEMO, M52235EVB, M52277EVB, M53015EVB, M5329EVB, M54455EVB and MPC8308RDB

btw, I did a live chat trying to get help.  He suggested getting FreeRTOS instead!  Not that it's really free, since you have to pay for the documentation about how to use it.

I didn't see where they had documentation available except in their store where they want $30 for a PDF of the reference manual (here's the link)
