Hi Parthiban kandasamy,

If you use FRDM-KL25Z, you don't need use other programmer, because the boad has the sophisticated OpenSDA Debug interface.

About detail, you can refer to the FRDM-KL25Z User's manual, the link is :

     http://www.freescale.com/webapp/sps/site/prod_summary.jsp?code=FRDM-KL25Z&fpsp=1&tab=Documentation_T...

I wish it helps you!

Best regards!

Jing

Hi Parthiban kandasamy,

Yes, you are right. If you put the MSD-FRDM-KL25Z_Pemicro_v105.SDA into bootloader, you can send the xxx.srec to the bootloader, then the boader will run the according program.

and if you need debug, you should choose DEBUG-APP_Pemicro_v102.SDA into bootloader, then you can debug through the IDE(eg.CodeWarrior V10.x,IAR ARM Workbench or Keil MDK-ARM ).

You still can find detail information from openSDA user's guide ,the link is :

http://cache.freescale.com/files/32bit/doc/user_guide/OPENSDAUG.pdf?fpsp=1

I wish it helps you!

Best regards!
