When can we expect MC9S12Z-Family parts to be generally available.

The S12VR is already in volume production, S12ZVH and S12ZVM are qualifying towards end of 2013.

  Other Family-Members (S12ZVL, S12ZVC) are sampling in 2013 and go in production in 2014.

Currently S12ZVL was at PREPRODUCTION stage.

Would it be ready inQ3 of 2014 or Q4 of 2014?

The S12ZVM and S12ZVH families were launched into the broad market earlier this year. So all docs are public on fsl.com. S12ZVL will launch in Q4.

Can we expect the S12ZVC to be generally available in Q4 2014 as well.

Will the S12ZVC be launched at the same time as the S12ZVL?
