Hi,

Would you have a plan to provide any circuit review documents?

Best Regards,

Hiroki

Dear Hiroki,

Thanks for referring me to the document. Now I understand what you mean, although first I thought you meant a special document describing how to treat the unused pins.

We are planning something similar to that App. Note but we call it "Design Guide"; meanwhile, please, use the relevant information from the Datasheet, Reference Manual, and Reference Platform schematic.

Sincerely, Naoum Gitnik.

Hi Naoum,

I'd like to know each pins' treatment of Vybrid, for example PTA0 needs a pull-up. Some customers require FSL to review their board. And I need a document of the reference for a circuit review of Vybrid.

Best Regards,

Hiroki

Dear Hiroki,

It is clear now.

  1. Please, use our reference platforms (boards) for that kind of information, in addition to the Datasheet.
  2. Schematics are usually reviewed for Tier1 customers only (customer status defined by Marketing, I guess, based on the buying potential, etc.). There is no special form to fill for schematic review; just place it on the internal Freescale FAE_Vybrid Community or, if EXTREMELY confidential, via an SR (Service Request).

Sincerely, Naoum Gitnik.

Hi Naoum,

I want a design check list like QorIQ.

I'd like to know non used pins' treatments.

Best Regards,

Hiroki

Hi Naoum,

Does that specific document mean the board schematic and the datasheet?

Best Regards,

Hiroki

Dear Hiroki,

I meant the "design check list like QorIQ" you referred me to - unfortunately, I am not familiar with it.

Sincerely, Naoum Gitnik.

Hi Naoum,

This is the design checklist URL.

https://www.google.co.jp/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&ved=0CC4QFjAA&url=http%3A%...

I'd like FSL to prepare the document like this for Vybrid, too.

Best Regards,

Hiroki

Dear Hiroki,

May you be a little more specific, please? - Any examples of the "circuit review documents" mentioned, please?

Sincerely, Naoum Gitnik.
