my answer is 1275000.

But my friend don't agree with me, He said endurence will be more.

If your setting of EEESIZE is 2K byte, I think your result is correct. There is an applicaton note about how to calculate memory endurance. This application notes number is AN4282, you can search and find it on our website www.freescale.com
