Hi Luke,

I just downloaded and installed in Win-7 64bit without problem.  I haven't tried 32-bit which might be the issue.  I have just changed to a win-7 64-bit machine for building (a 32-bit target) so there might be a change I missed.  Can you confirm your system type?

If win-7 64-bit please try downloading again (if not already done) in case there was something wrong with the download.
