How long would like to know the size of the MFS cache to NAND flash memory.

This is because I have to upload files to 1 Mbyte 10 each and I have problems.

Do I have a fsclose to each file?

I recommend to check the TAD to see how the memory is consumed per each open file. It is possible that you will need to fclose each file after application has completed its work with the file.
